A method of solving complex problems in society. People who are closest to the problems are invited as experts to co-design solutions with those who have resources and influence for those problems.

We are a community of academics, government officials, community organizations, and Boston residents across multiple neighborhoods. This is a laboratory where we create and explore the tools and practices needed for true collaborative leadership and governance.
